Turning Point Inn Complex

Our team provided a full scope of land development services for this commercial retail complex, featuring the renovation of the Turning Point Inn for office use. The final design contains space for seventeen (17) commercial units in addition to the inn. Our team was involved throughout the entire process, from the initial conceptual design through final construction, including site planning, public presentations, detailed design, permitting, construction inspections, and final as-built approvals.

Mount Carmel United Methodist Church

This project presented unique design challenges due to the many site constraints (i.e. steep topography, limited property size, stream bisection). We were able to optimize site usage through effective space planning, assistance with neighboring land acquisition, and employment of innovative stormwater management techniques. We collaborated with all key stakeholders (church committee members, project manager, county and state agencies, and construction supervisors) to provide the church with an expanded facility on their existing site that allowed them to increase their services to the community.
