Wide range of design experience on commercial, residential, institutional, state, and federal projects. Design experience includes stormwater management, flood plain analysis, major roadways, various utilities extensions, home & building siting, stream relocation design, Joint Permit Applications, and related projects.
John T. Lebherz, LS
Professional Land Surveyor, licensed in the state of Maryland, with over 30 years of experience in all survey related tasks: boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, subdivision plats, construction surveying, and related experience.
Related qualifications and experience: State of Maryland approved Forest Qualified Professional.
Michael Lee Swanson, PE
Professional Civil Engineer, licensed in three states and the District of Columbia, with 14 years of land development and environmental engineering experience.
LEED accredited professional with B.S. and M.S. degrees in Environmental Engineering from University of Maryland and qualified as an expedited reviewer for the Maryland Department of the Environment.
